Here's a gif of what I've done today. Managed to add a typewriter effect and add matrixcolor on any sprites that aren't talking. For the wallpaper I just photo edited it to fit my desired ratio.
I changed define gui.nvl_height to None, to remove the large gap.
Done:
Fix the spacing between the text, a bit too wideTypewriter text effectFix transition speed for background and spritesChange blinking arrow, make it something cute idkWallpaper needs to fit entire screen (I put a black fill in the image for testing)
To do:
- Fix CTC, feels off center needs fixing
- Fix NVL-Mode overlay, either make transparent or get creative with it?
- Work on character sprites
- Add more placeholder backgrounds OR start doing backgrounds
- Change UI, still the default one
- Music
